To provide timely administrative & service support to all sales consultants that will ensure continued success and growth of the department.
This position will be situated within the Contact Centre.
Provide timely and effective administration support and assistance to members for all Iemas products
Attend to general enquiries and complaints
Filing and record keeping of contracts
Post-school qualification will be an advantage
1-2 years administrative or customer service experience
Knowledge and Skills:
Code 8 drivers license
Computer literacy (MS Office)
Multilingual including English
