To establish and maintain customer and business relationships, render banking-related support services to them and sell loans and value added products related to loans.
This position will be situated within our Contact Centre.
Processing and finalisation of loan applications
Conclude loan application in line with member needs
Efficient and effective customer service delivery
Cross selling of other Iemas products.
Must comply with FSB requirements as per the FAIS Act
1-2 years' applicable experience within a banking/financing environment
Contact Centre Experience will be an advantage
Knowledge and Skills:
Computer literacy (MS Office)
Code 08 drivers license
Multilingual including English
