Job Purpose:

To provide exceptional customer service to our members and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, retention and loyalty by handling all administrative functions on an existing member's profile and by providing accurate advice regarding risk and cover

Job Outputs:

  • Processing of policy renewals
  • Claim notification and registration
  • Pro-active policy underwriting
  • Establish and maintain relationships in order to provide effective and efficient support
  • Policy administration
  • Resolve queries and maintain policies
  • Policy retention and cancellations
  • Handle accounts queries and process refunds

Qualifications:

  • Grade 12
  • Regulatory exam
  • 30 FAIS credits or a full qualification as per legislation

Experience:

  • 6 months' contact centre experience
  • 2-3 years Short Term Insurance Underwriting experience

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Attention to detail
  • Multilingual, including Afrikaans
