Job Outputs:

Provide administrative support throughout the entire recruitment and selection process

Assistance with telephonic screening and interviews when necessary

Ensure new appointments have been loaded onto VIP system

Tracking and monitoring of recruitment expenditure

Filing and record-keeping of employee information

Assist line management in HR related matters of employees

Assist employees with the exit process of the organisation

Provide administrative support to the payroll office

Qualifications:

 

Grade 12

Qualification in HR Administration or other HR related qualification is recommended

Certification in VIP People system will be an advantage

 

Experience:

Minimum of 3 years€™ administrative experience preferably within an HR department

 

Knowledge and Skills:

Very good communication skills

Excellent interpersonal skills

Attention to detail and accuracy

Excellent administrative skills

High level of interpersonal skills and integrity

Computer literacy: MS Office
