Job Purpose:

To provide quality service and essential information regarding the purchase card and its functionalities to external and internal customers and to conclude the application process for members to take up the purchase card.

Job Outputs:

  • General purchase card enquiries and administration
  • Processing of purchase card applications
  • Provide exceptional customer service as per Iemas's service and performance standards
  • Support the growth strategy of the purchase card

Qualifications:

  • Grade 12, including mathematics

Experience:

  • 1-2 year's applicable experience in customer service
  • Contact Centre experience will be an advantage

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Multilingual including English
  • Computer literacy (MS Office)
