To establish and maintain customer and business relationships, render banking-related support services to them and sell loans and value added products related to loans.
- Processing and finalisation of loan applications
- Conclude loan application in line with member needs
- Efficient and effective customer service delivery
- Cross selling of other Iemas products.
- Must comply with FSB requirements as per the FAIS Act
- 1-2 years' applicable experience within a banking/financing environment
- Experience in a contact centre wll be an advantage
Knowledge and Skills:
- Computer literacy (MS Office)
- Code 08 drivers license
- Multilingual including English
