Job Purpose:

To evaluate and monitor the quality of service, sales and compliance of all insurance employees and to identify, recommend and/or implement interventions for performance and compliance improvement.

Job Outputs:

Guide, support and provide advice to Short-term Insurance employees in their development                   

Quality checks and control

Conducting call evaluations

Training and coaching

Compiling training reports to relevant stakeholders

Compliance adherence

Monitoring service delivery

Qualifications:

Grade 12

Minimum 30 FAIS credits on NQF level 4 or as legislatively required by the FSCA

Full FSCA aligned qualification on NQF level 4 is an advantage

Regulatory Exam

Relevant training qualification (preferably ETDP) will be an advantage

Experience:

2 years experience in sales and amendments

2 years quality assurance experience in Short Term Insurance

2 years Contact Centre experience

2 years training experience of the full training cycle (analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation) will be an advantage

Knowledge and Skills:

Computer literate (MS Office including Outlook)

Communication and conflict handling skills

Coaching and training skills

Detail consciousness

Report writing skills
