Job Purpose:

Supervision, coordination and analysis of daily service and retention activities for the Life Assurance department

Job Outputs:

  • Overseeing of inbound and outbound calls in compliance with required service levels
  • Handling of customer queries and complaints
  • Monthly reporting on upsells, new business, cancellation, retention and leads management
  • Monthly reporting on Contact Centre and performance statistics
  • Resource planning and management of Group Schemes employees
  • Monthly call evaluations
  • Coaching, training and development of employees

 

Qualifications:

  • Matric/Grade 12
  • Regulatory exam is an advantage
  • 30 FAIS credits or a full FSCA aligned qualification is an advantage

 

Experience:

  • 6-12 months Contact Centre experience
  • 1-2 years Groups schemes experience
  • 1-2 years Life assurance experience

 

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Multi-lingual, including English
  • Communication, negotiation skills
  • Computer literate (MS Office, including Outlook)
  • Leadership skills
  • People management skills
