Job Purpose:

To evaluate and monitor the quality of service, sales and compliance of all insurance employees and to identify, recommend interventions for performance and compliance improvement.

Job Outputs:

  • Guide, support and provide advice to Short-term Insurance employees in their development                   
  • Quality checks and control
  • Conducting call evaluations
  • Compliance adherence
  • Monitoring service delivery
  • Coaching of STI consultants

Qualifications:

  • Grade 12/Matric
  • 30 FAIS credits or full FSCA aligned qualification on NQF level 4 is an advantage
  • Regulatory Exam is an advantage

Experience:

  • 2 years experience in sales and amendments
  • 2 years quality assurance experience in Short Term Insurance
  • 2 years Contact Centre experience

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Computer literate (MS Office including Outlook)
  • Communication and conflict handling skills
  • Coaching skills
  • Detail consciousness
  • Report writing skills
  • Knowledge of applicable legislation
