To be responsible for the development and implementation of the relationship and marketing strategy that will promote Iemass value proposition and product offerings to existing and potential Employer Groups in an effort to achieve approved financial targets.
¢ Develop a comprehensive strategy per identified employer groups, including marketing, communication and relationship strategies to grow business within the identified employer groups
¢ Responsible for the identification of new market and business opportunities and the sign-on of identified employer groups in line with strategic objectives
¢ Define, implement and review standards/procedures for ensuring optimal customer experience.
¢ Regular communication with internal/ external stakeholders such as business unit executives and other customer-facing teams to identify gaps and opportunities, if any in the brand experience.
¢ Liaise with internal teams such as marketing, sales, account management, finance etc. to ensure that gaps in the customer experience- irrespective of where they occur in the journey - are plugged.
¢ Identify and make recommendations for ways to improve our processes, tools, and materials to enhance the customer experience.
¢ Oversee and monitor the marketing, communication and relationship management strategy and plans as defined per sales strategy and priorities
¢ Identify and create marketing channels
¢ Create industry awareness and unlock business opportunities
¢ Continuous communication of value proposition to the groups and members.
¢ Identify, build and maintain strong relationships with relevant stakeholders
¢ Initiate and co-ordinate stakeholder events
¢ Provide feedback to internal stakeholder and propose solutions to optimize business opportunities by improving the customer experience and/or business processes.
¢ Reporting on all marketing actions, relationship actions, functions, exhibitions, special promotional events or communication campaigns and the results/impact thereof eg. penetration/sales results
¢ Diploma/Degree in marketing or business management or equivalent
¢ Post-graduate qualification will be an advantage
¢ Computer literacy
¢ Valid drivers license (Code 8)
¢ Minimum of 5 years extensive experience in a marketing, sales and/or relationship management role
¢ Experience in a management role will be an advantage
¢ Experience in development and execution of sales, marketing and/or relationship management strategies
¢ Proven record for achieving sales targets and improving sales
¢ Experience in events project management
Knowledge and Skills:
¢ Excellent customer relationship management skills on senior level
¢ Strong negotiation and presentation skills
¢ Advanced written and verbal communication skills and proficiency in English
