To manage and support all sales staff within Bellville, Mosselbay & Aggeneys offices. The manager will be situated within the Bellville branch and focus on increasing our member base and product sales within the specified areas.
Provide input into the sales strategy for the Region
Compile, manage and monitor the sales budget for the specified branches
Continuous analysis and monitoring of the market
People Management ito recruitment, performance management and training & development of employees
Effective relations with our Employer Groups and other external Stakeholders
Tertiary qualification in Insurance, Sales or Marketing
5 years operational sales and marketing experience and 3 years management experience in the financial services industry.
